I have just renewed my Annual Service Agreement & Monitoring App with Gary from Ryther Alarms. I was so impressed by Gary's honesty, when I asked him about the three levels of service agreements that they offer. I dealt with Gary a year ago when we installed a new alarm system, and a year later he is still so efficient, knowledgeable, and just very helpful. Ant and Shane came last week to install me one of their quality sets of CCTV cameras with recording hard drive and other equipment. Originally contacted them to discuss my businesses needs, the cctv system and its capabilities. This fitted in with what exactly what i needed to monitor my work vehicle and storage areas. Agreed a date to go ahead and install.
Both arrived prompt as agreed. Shown the equipment. Discussed areas to be monitored and sought their advice on maximising coverage. All professionally equipment was professionally installed and also linked to my mobile phone. Very happy with the entire service, punctuality, knowledge of their product and importantly the overall cost to my business.

Had a problem with an existing alarm system and cctv (Not installed by Ryther). Rang a couple of companies that weren't interested. Thank goodness for Ryther. Shane came from Ryther and rectified the alarm problems, there were several!. CCTV recorder would not work. Ordered a new one and came back after a few days, fit it, set it up on our phones. Shane was really helpful and extremely efficient. Top marks to Ryther. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

I contacted Ryther alarms after issues with my existing system. Id read positive reviews and they didnt disappoint- from the lovely lady who answered the phone to Shane who came and fixed all my issues (there were several!) I couldnt have had a more positive experience. Shane arrived on time, was friendly, polite, professional and thorough. Everything was fixed and tested. Had our first callout experience since the alarm was installed almost a year ago. Appointment could have been on the day I raised the issue but we couldnt accommodate so it was moved to next working day so great response. After quotes from four companies, national and local, we chose Ryther to supply, fit and maintain our alarm system. Their sales technique was informative but not pushy. No forcing into signing that day, or offering what might seem like huge discounts, just a great system honestly sold by Gary to fit OUR requirements to our timescale. Since fitting, Antony was brilliant, which was smooth and spotless, we have had the most fantastic support from all the members of staff, especially Jessica in the office, who have all gone the extra mile to deal with our questions after weve done something silly or the app has been updated. I would heartily recommend Ryther to anyone looking to fit or update an intruder/fire alarm system.

Relocated to a property and inherited an alarm system which went off at 4.15 in the morning. I decided to take out a service agreement and called the York branch. Jess was very helpful and explained the options available and arranged for an engineer to come out to the property. Ben came and was brilliant. He sorted out the problem within minutes and then gave us a guide on how to get the best out of the system.

We were unfortunate to have a lightening strike which totally destroyed our alarm system which had been supplied by Ryther Alarms. Once they were informed of our dilemma they couldn't have been more helpful in coming out to survey the damage, providing us with a temporary alarm system and then installing our new system. This company acted in a professional manner from start to finish. They replaced our old system with a new wireless one, covering up all old fitments as much as possible. In removing alarm also took into consideration our decorations. We are very pleased with the outcome, and we opted for the telephone app as well, which is a very useful addition
